Shipping and Returns

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically check stock levels to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on BACKORDER and you have specifically purchased a Backorder product we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment on arrival, If a product is unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in-stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 - 48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at help@300max.com.au

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to help@300max.com.au and we will remedy the damage if minor, and replace if major. 

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after the order is in transit are subject to a 15% re-stocking and handling fee and you will be credited back the remainder of the order total, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Standard Delivery Terms:

Be sure to include one or two customer contact numbers in case the carrier needs to notify & schedule in delivery. For big and bulky items, if confirmation is not obtained via a phone call, the carrier may not deliver and will halt until confirmation is received.

For certain couriers, they may not contact the customer prior to delivery as they try to push out quick deliveries. In this instance, if no - one is at the delivery address to accept delivery, a card will be left at the premises with instructions on depot collection or re-scheduling of delivery.

If the courier pre-arranges & confirms with the customer a certain delivery day,and arrives with the customer's goods with no-one at the premises to accept the delivery, then a fee will be charged if the customer requests for a re-delivery service.

Delivery Time frame:

Delivery time frames cannot be guaranteed and are rough estimations given to us by our allocated couriers. Delivery is only available from Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Certain companies can allocate a day for delivery, but not a time-slot.

Drop Off Delivery:

For big and bulky items, weighing over 40kg, the customers assistance will be required in unloading the item. if this is not suitable for the customer, alternative delivery methods can be sought from Home gym plus's range of delivery network. For more details Call our help line. 

delivery is a drop- off service - the courier can deliver the item to the customers front door location or to an accessible ground floor entrance. Couriers are not obligated to enter any premises, homes and will enter at their own discretion.

Non ground floor deliveries and steps - Due to OH&S, deliveries above or below, ground floor are at the carriers discretion and are not guaranteed. This includes (but not limited to) steps that are immediately outside the premises,which are required to climb in order to gain access to the property. 

Short Deliveries:

While 300MAX couriers endeavor to deliver all orders in full. short deliveries can happen during the busy season.

Short deliveries must be reported to 300MAX within 3 business days of signing, so we can take the appropriate actions to ensure a full delivery is made.

When accepting deliveries, the customer is responsible for reading the proof of delivery docket before signing and must count the amount of cartons being delivered and ensuring that this matches the amount on the couriers notes.
