If you are a beginner then perfect way to start is with a pair of resistance bands. Start light and make your reps high, just to get your muscles working. If you can aim for 3 times a week for 20 minutes per session then you are well on your way.
A power tower is also a great place to start where you can use your own body weight as your guide. Start slowly with push-ups and core exercises like leg raises, use the sit-up bench for incline sit-ups. You can even lay on the bench and do leg raises and work up to dips and pull-ups later.
